IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE YOU BUY:
1. Will the calendar fit on your refrigerator door?
- This is a large calendar and will not fit on every refrigerator door. You will need a minimum of 16.5 inches of width for it to fit.
- Pay close attention if your refrigerator has a freezer door on the bottom and double doors on the top as that setup tends to have smaller fridge doors that may not give enough space for the calendar. However, the side of your fridge may still be a good alternative for mounting!
2. Is your refrigerator magnetic?
- Some stainless steel refrigerators are magnetic... but others are not. PLEASE CHECK before purchasing!
HELPFUL TIPS:
- Oils from your hands can build up on any dry erase surfaces and make erasing more difficult. Since these boards are waterproof, you may wipe with water and a small about of gentle dish soap if you find that erasing isnt as effortless due to oil buildup. Since the center layer is waterproof, you will NEVER get damage to the edges of these boards, keeping your board looking as GOOD AS NEW!
- Ink in the markers may flow away from the tips during shipping, making it appear that the markers are dried out. It is important to set the markers upside down for a short while to make sure this isnt the case.
- Storing markers with the tip end down or horizontally is most optimal for getting the best ink flow, however many others have no issues with their markers drying out if storing them tip side up.
While it isnt ideal, if you do not have a magnetic surface to mount this calendar, another practical way to mount these boards is to use thumbtacks or double-sided tape (not included) to mount on non-magnetic surfaces AT YOUR DISCRETION.
