All you have to do is follow the simple and easy instructions and your loved ones will be absolutely thrilled with your delicious sandwich meat!
STEP1 : Wash and cut the meat into small pieces, add all of the ingredients you like and spices to meat. Give it a thorough mix.
STEP2 : Once mixing is completed place the meat (2lbs/1kg) into the ham maker.
STEP3 : Place cover plate equipped with spring on top of your meat (spring facing up). Pressing on the spring and close lid properly.
STEP4 : Marinate for 24-48 hours by keeping it in fridge.
STEP5 : After the marinating period is complete, place ham maker into a pot, pour water inside the pot. The amount of water supposed to be at the same level or higher than meat.
STEP6 : Cook for 1.5-3 hours (depend on your meat type) in water temp 185℉(85℃).
STEP7 : When meat reaches 170℉(77℃) remove the ham maker from water, cool it in cold water and refrigerate for few hours or leave it for night.
STEP8 : Pour hot water for few second on ham maker chamber to remove meat easily. Slice meat to your desired thickness and ENJOY!!!
Tips:
- Do not leave thermometer inside Ham Press during cooking, it can become hot. Check temperature periodically.
- Do not place ham maker directly on the fire or heating plate!
- Take a knife around outside edge, the meat will slide out.
