Use Steps
1. Add the caviar mixture to the caviar maker tray. A minimum of 90 ml must be in the tray to avoid breaking a vacuum when it is aspirated.
2. Replace the top section of the caviar maker over the tray containing the caviar mix. The tips of the 96 holes will now be immersed in the caviar mixture.
3. Back off the syringe plunger to 5ml. Creates air space to provide an extra push at the end of the dispensing cycle.
4. Slip the flexible tube onto the fitting of the caviar maker, Aspirate the syringe plunger to the 30ml mark on the barrel of the syringe in slow and steady motion.
5.Carefully lift the caviar maker from the tray and place it about 3 inches over the calcium bath. Slowly press the syringe plunger from 30ml to 0ml.
6.Wait a minute to pick it up with the caviar spoon, rinse them in a clean water bath and serve immediately.
Clean steps:
1. Remove the syringe, fill it with air, connect it to the hose, then pump the air into the caviar machine to drain any liquid from the left.
2. Remove the hose and syringe from the caviar manufacturer. Disassemble the lid and tray of the caviar box.
3. Invert the caviar maker and rinse the pipette with warm water.
4. Keep under running water until the caviar making box is almost full of water.
5. Cover the hose connector with your fingers, then point the pipette down and shake the caviar box vigorously to the side.
6. Remove your finger from the hose connector and let all water flow out of the hose connector.
7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 several times until the it is completely clean.
