A. How do I solve a bill counting machine jammed or flying bills?
- Our brand Anekens factory has to adjust the screws uniformly before the money counting machine is shipped so that the machine can keep a very smooth count of banknotes, but in the transportation process, after a long time of bumps, the screws may loosen or become tighter, which is a common problem for many money counting machines, so we suggest that guests use fake banknotes to test whether the money counting machine is smooth. If there are no fake banknotes, you can use paper to cut out the shape with the size of the banknotes to do UV test whether the money counting machine is stuck, so you can avoid unnecessary monetary losses.
- If the money counting machine has stuck banknotes or does not produce banknotes smoothly, it means that the friction wheel needs to be adjusted, and the screws can be adjusted according to the smoothness of the bill counter. If you dont know how to adjust it yourself, please watch our operation video or let us know in time.
- The banknotes you put in are not neat or there are broken banknotes caught in them. Please refer to the method of putting in banknotes as demonstrated in the video on the page to reduce the situation of flying banknotes or jamming the banknotes.
B. What should I do if an error code appears?
- Fake/broken/bill with different parts of the magnetic stripe/bill width not normal, the counting machine will display an error code and suspend counting, please refer to the instruction manual to confirm the solution to the specific problem.
- If some error codes are not listed in the manual to explain it, please send to us in time, we appreciate it and we will immediately inform you how to operate to solve the unexplained error codes.
Please Note:
- The money counting machine can count the number of USD/EUR notes, but not the value of the notes (the value of the same note x the corresponding quantity, just add up the value of the different denominations after counting)
- Please operate correctly to avoid the counting machine misidentifying banknotes as abnormal and damaging them to cause property damage. A. The banknote machine has stopped working after a period of use?
- The voltage is too high, not 220V±10%, causing the fuse to burn out. (Solution: You can use the spare fuse equipped to replace it, the product picture has marked where the spare fuse is, if you dont find it, you can let us know in time)
- Poor connection of the power cable, resulting in no power. (Solution: In the transportation process may cause the power cord to crash or squeeze, resulting in damage to the internal wires of the power cord, you can directly let us know to resend the power cord, no need to pay shipping costs)
- If the above two situations do not occur, it may be a poor connect with the power switch, you can try to re-power to open.
B. What can I do if my banknote counter is not counting correctly?
- Check if the money counting machine has an error message during the counting process, which can lead to incorrect counting. (Solution: first look at the error code, check the manual for the problem corresponding to the error code, and then recount the money after it is solved)
- Observe if there are any stuck or flying notes during the counting process of the money counting machine, refer to the first article for the solution.
- Do not use the correct mode of money detection, choose USD mode for US dollars and EUR mode for Euros.
C. How can I solve the problem if the counterfeit banknotes are not identified?
- Check whether the mode is wrongly selected, choose USD mode for US dollars, EUR mode for Euros, and count the US dollars and Euros separately
- The friction wheel is too loose, resulting in a series of notes, and the prompt code does not respond immediately.
- The money counting machine has UV/MG/IR/DBL/HLF/CHN mode, if not identified out, immediately send to us, the package is returned and replaced, two-year maintenance period for a new period.
