Our living hinge is made of flexible PVC and is able to be used in a number of different applications. Recommended for 1/4" (6 mm) panels, the friction allows the two or more panels to hold together without the use of bolts or messy adhesives. Once assembled the panels are able to move freely up to 300 degrees with ease and allow for free-standing panels when two or more attached pieces are in play. Their low profile creates a non-invasive bracket for most acrylic sheeting. Although a groove to bite into does help with separation it is not necessary in low-traffic areas.
