Can this be used without Neutral Wire?

Yes. This timer switch is no neutral required. The timer switch you received only have 3 wires(ground wire,load wire,hot wire).

Can this be used as 3-way timer switch?

No.

Why it cannot start work after installation?

If it cannot work after installation,please push button D/D for 5 seconds and reset the timer after 24 hours.

Why timer does not turn on or off as programmed?

Possible cause: 1.Programs were not correctly set.2. DST or random function is active. 3.The timer is working in manual mode. 4.Programs are overlapped.

The corrective action for possible cause of timer not turning on or off as programmed.

1. Re-program the timer following the operating instructions. 2. Deactivate DST or random function. 3.Switch the operation mode to AUTO. 4. Review and correct the programs or re-program the timer.
