The TEMPRESS ProBax boat seat provides optimal long-term back and upper body support. This boat seat comes equipped with a base and back dual core foam support system only available thru TEMPRESS. This system is durable for prolonged use. The ProBax Captain seat is sewn with polyester thread and covered in 30 oz. marine grade vinyl to stand up to all the elements. Eight embedded mounting inserts in the seat base will fit most slider systems that have a 5” mounting system when paired with the Elite Mounting Plate (#57005 sold separately). Made in USA.

SAFETY FIRST

The TEMPRESS non folding ProBax Captain seat is ABYC H – 31 Compliant. What this means for you is that TEMPRESS has put in all the work with the American Boat and Yacht Council to manufacture a boat seat that you can rest assure exceeds the highest standards for safety in boating. The ProBax Captain has a grab handle on the back of the seat to further assist in passenger safety when walking about the boat.

HEAVY DUTY

The ProBax helm seat frame is rotationally molded in polyethylene. We use high grade materials like continuous filament polyester thread and 30 oz marine grade vinyl. We’ve been making fishing seats since 1972.

EASY TO INSTALL

TEMPRESS Captain boat seats include 8 stainless steel ¼ - 20 x 5/8” mounting bolts with 180 degrees of Loctite applied for added security. There is a bolt hole pattern that is 5” x 5” for ease of use with many universal mounting options or ideally you can mount an aluminum slide system. The ProBax Captain seat is not compatible with the TEMPRESS Quick Disconnect Kit.
