Legend Valve 105-525 T-17 Cast Iron Y-Strainer, 1", FNPT x FNPT. High-strength cast iron construction resists distortion from pipeline stresses. Designed to protect downstream components, by trapping and holding debris under pressure. Uni-directional flow. Can be installed horizontally or vertically, where the screen cap must be positioned downward. In the vertical position, the media must flow downward. Equipped with a 304 stainless steel 20-mesh screen. All sizes are furnished with a square-head closure plug that is pre-installed and ready for service. Gasketed strainer cap is removable, for easy servicing of the screen or strainer.
