A2: Firstly, ensure that the water level exceeds the black probe by 1-2 inches. If the water level is too shallow, it may not produce fog, and if it is too deep, it may only spray the water column. You can use a buoy to adjust the height of the mist maker in the water.

After adjusting the height, if it still doesnt work, you can try replacing the ceramic chip. It is also possible that the mist maker is broken. Please replace the mist maker.

Q3: After being plugged in, only some atomizing heads emit mist, while others do not work.

A3: It is possible that the atomizing head is blocked or the ceramic discs is damaged. First, clean the non working atomizing head, and then replace the ceramic discs of the non working atomizing head.

Q4: After using it for a period of time, the amount of mist released decreases, or only the water spray column is used.

A4: Reason1: The height of the mist maker in the water is not suitable, causing the mist maker to be 1-2 inches away from the water surface.

Reason2: The water quality is too alkaline/ You can regularly replace the water in the container or add a small amount of vinegar (about 0.2mL/L vinegar) to the water to neutralize its acidity and alkalinity.

Reason 3: There is too much sediment in the water, and too much scale has been deposited on the surface of the ceramic disc, which can damage or shorten its service life/ Remove scale from the surface of the ceramic disc or replace the ceramic disc.
