Method of adding shims to the machine

  • When the bucket is connected, the bucket is put away and the bucket rod is extended outwards. Lower the boom so that the teeth are a few inches off the ground. This position is convenient for dimensional measurement.
  • After the O-ring is installed, push the bucket to one side and check the clearance between the other side of the bucket and the bushing of the bucket rod. The total clearance between the inner ear of the bucket and the end face of the bushing should be 0.2-0.7mm. If the gap is too large, it will produce noise and loose movement, leading to danger.P
  • ush the bucket to the other side and check the clearance again.
  • Need to adjust, remove the bolts and pins, as needed, remove or increase the gasket, both sides should use the same number of gaskets, install bolts and nuts.
