What is Cordierite?

Cordierite has a very low and uniform coefficient of thermal expansion (smaller than granite and ceramic and comparable to diamond),the temperature of decomposition close to 2,700℉, making it resistant to high temperatures and heat.It’s ideal material for making cooking stone.

How to make a crispy pizza!

  • Place the pizza stones to the oven or the grill,preheat to 500 ℉(260℃).
  • Prepare a pizza dough,dust the bottom with cornflour for a non-stick surface.
