Description

Description:
Name: Blind Rivet
Material: Aluminium Alloy
Type: Open End
Design: Large Flange
Head Size: Diameter 3/16"(4.8mm), Length: 1"(25mm)
Large Flange OD: 5/8" (16mm)
Grip Range: 11/16"-3/4"(17.4-19mm)
Color: Silver Tone
Insert Tool: Automatic riveting machine, rivet bucker, and rivet gun.

The flange is larger than common type, with larger contact area, can increase torque strength and withstand higher radial tension, can be used for indoor/outdoor, board splicing, object fixation, etc. Easy and Convenient to use.
Wide Applications: Suitable for construction, automobile, ship, aircraft, machinery, electrical appliances, furniture, lighting, luggage, childrens car, toys and decoration etc. industries.

How to Use:
The rivet assembly is inserted into a hole drilled through the parts to be joined and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet.
This expands the blind end of the rivet and then the mandrel snaps off.
These types of blind rivets have non-locking mandrels and are sometimes avoided for critical structural joints because the mandrels may fall out, due to vibration or other reasons, leaving a hollow rivet that has a lower load-carrying capability than solid rivets.
The blind rivets are mainly used when access to the joint is only available from one side.

Note:
Manual measurement allowed tiny reasonable error.
