How to wash Shark XFF500 Foams

• Step 1 - Removing the filter:ensure the machine is disconnected from the charger before removing the filter.
• Step 2 - Washing the filter: run water over the outside of the filter until the water runs clear.
• Step 3 - Filter drying:leave to dry completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Step 4 - Replacing the filter:to refit, place the dry filter back into the machine.

How do you clean the replacement Shark Rotator filter?

• To clean a replacement Shark Rotator’s reusable foam or felt filter, remove the dust cup from the vacuum, and remove and rinse the filter under running water. To clean a Rotator HEPA filter, wash the filter by hand. Allow the filter to dry completely before replacing it, and then replace the dust cup. The filter should slide right out of the dust cup; to replace it, slide it back in the same position.
