Safety

Safety is our first priority at Fin Fun and we have designed our monofin with the highest level of safety features. Unlike other monofins that force you to “strap” your feet and/or ankles into the monofin, our monofin is designed to stay securely on your feet but can be quickly removed in or out of the water.

The Quick Release Method

With a quick kick and a tug, our patented monofin can be removed easily and hands-free whenever needed. This is called our “Quick Release Method.” This unique safety feature separates our monofins from the competition - which typically require a swimmer to use one or both hands to remove the monofin, which can be extremely difficult in the water. Always use our monofins under adult supervision. Only for experienced swimmers ages 6 and up. Not a flotation device. Know your limit and swim within it.

How to Care for Your Monofin

To care for your monofin, rinse with cool water and hang to dry. It is important to thoroughly dry the neoprene portion of the monofin prior to storing. The insert can be removed to accelerate drying.
