Short Vs Long Blade
The length of a fin really does make a difference for practice. Long fins are uncomfortable and increase cramp, strain on joints and muscles. They train an incorrect long, slow kick (similar to pedaling). Short and soft fins train a short, natural, fast kick. With greater comfort, an improved stroke, and reduced strain on muscles and joints, these fins allow for longer workouts.
