How to do if the 1/2 cup indicator flash quickly?

This is the overheating protection function. Due to the internal overheating, the button will flash to warn.

*** Please DO NOT brew coffee immediately after frothing milk.

How to do if no steam?

1) Short water --Ensure the water level is between min and max.

2) The Milk Frothing indicator is not illuminated --Only after the Milk Frothing indicator is illuminated, the steam can be used to froth.

3) There is some dirt inside the steam nozzle. -Clean the steam nozzle immediately after use every time with a wet sponge.

How to make perfect milk froth?

1) Make sure the steam function has finished preheating.

2) Releasethe water in the first half of the milk frother with an extra cup, let the steam out completely before frothing the milk.

3) It is recommended to insert the milk foam 1-2cm to froth the milk.

4) It is recommended to use whole milk.

Why it is no coffee or the amount is small?
1. Please check the water tank, and make sure must be filled with water above the minimum water level.
2. Please without adding coffee, you can directly see whether the water is normal. If so, we can be sure the filter is normal. If there is still little water, the filter itself is clogged and needs to be replaced.
