How to Make Milk Foam?

a. Press the steam button to pre-heat the milk frothing system.

b. Turn the steam knob to "Max", and let the residual water flow out of the steam wand. Once the steam starts to come out of the steam wand, return the steam knob to "OFF".

c. Insert the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk, turn the steam knob to "MAX", and check if the milk is moving in a whirlpool motion.

d. As the milk level rises, lower the pitcher to keep the steam wand tip just below the milk surface.

How to Set the Cup Volume for 4700Gense?

a. Tamp the coffee grounds evenly and firmly. Make sure that the coffee grounds reach the MAX line after tamping.

b. Press and hold the espresso button for 5 seconds, the espresso indicator will flash in white and green alternately.

c. Press the espresso button to start setting the volume for a single or double cup. The espresso button will flash while brewing.

d. To stop the extraction at the desired volume, press the espresso button again and the coffee will stop dispensing.

How to Make a Cup of Americano with 4700Gense?

a. Turn on the machine, and let the machine preheat until the lights on all buttons stay on.

b. Insert the double cup filter into the portafilter. Add coffee grounds to the filter and tamp evenly and firmly. Keep the filter holder leveled and install it into the brew head.

c. Point the hot water wand towards the cup.

d. Press the hot water button twice to start brewing.

How to Get Espresso with A Higher Temperature with 4700Gense?

a. Insert the filter into the portafilter. Add coffee grounds to the filter and tamp evenly and firmly. Make sure that the coffee grounds reach the MAX line after tamping.

b. Press the espresso TEMP button until the green Indicator is illuminated. White Indicator=Regular (Coffee Temp: 149℉-167℉); Green Indicator=Hot (Coffee Temp: 167℉-185℉)

c. Press the espresso button once for a single shot, and twice for a double shot.

d. Now, you get a cup of Espresso with a higher temperature.
