Change pre-filter every 25 hours or every season, and change air filter every 100 hours or every season, whichever occurs first. Please clean more often under dusty conditions or when airborne debris is present. Replace air cleaner, if very dirty.

Do You Have to Use an Air Filter?

Yes! The air filter prevents debris like dirt, dust, and grass from being pulled into the carburetor and the engine, protecting the engine and extending its lifespan. You should inspect the condition of the air filter at least once a month!

How to Clean a Paper Filter on a Lawn Mower？

Do not use an air compressor to blow air through the filter.

Always just tap the filter to dislodge the dirt.

Hold the filter up to the light, If you cant see the light, or find the filter damaged or covered in oil, its time to change it.
