The Meinl X-Hat Auxiliary Hihat Arm lets you mount a pair of secondary hihats or a stack, plus you control the sound with its adjustable spring-loaded baseplate that creates tight or loose tension on your cymbals. Simply turn the large winged dial to get a loose, sloshy sound or a tight hihat effect. This arm comes with a standard hihat clutch with durable cymbal felts and a felt padded baseplate that lets you adjust the angle of the bottom cymbal just like a traditional hihat stand does. Made from heavy-duty chrome plated steel, it has three angle adjustment points so you can mount virtually anywhere on your kit and find the best placement for your cymbals—it works especially well in tight spaces.
