STEPS FOR USAGE
Step 1: Use the poly strap to around the box and do not cut it.
Step 2: Tuck an end of fixed strap into the three Cylinder, then tuck another free end of strap into the first and second Cylinder of the Tensioner, and push the Tensioner handle forward several times to tighten the straps. (Notes: The straps at both ends must be balanced up and down; DO NOT lift the bottom of the Tensioner up when tightening, otherwise the straps will not be tightened.)
Step3: Put the silver Buckles between the two straps and clamp them with Sealer. (Note: make it show obvious bump lines)
Step4: Press the Tensioner handle down to cut the excess straps. The packaging is completed.
