Dark Oil Leather night latch or hand "grab" strap. Adjustable.
This night latch is a safety strap that attaches to a Western saddle to help a rider stay on. Very useful to help pull yourself deeper into the saddle when a horse is bucking. Much more secure than trying to hold onto the horn.
The latch can be placed on either side of the saddle horn for right hand or left hand use. Simply buckle it snugly through the gullet hole and around the swell and hang on!
