Description

How to Use:


Step 1： Attach the buttons on the back of your heart rate monitor to the button slots on the chest strap.


Step 2： Wet the two vinyl electrodes of the elastic chest strap thoroughly with water.


Step 3: Wear the heart rate chest strap, make sure the monitor sits above the base of your chest bone, and the electrodes must touch your skin.


Step 4: Adjust the length of the elastic strap for a comfortable fit and your heart rate monitor begins to transmit signals automatically.
