How do I know if the wireless CarPlay adapter is compatible with my car?

If you have wired Apple CarPlay installed in your car, this product is fit for your vehicle. To know the compatible device, you can also find the right information on the CarPlay website or ask your car dealer.

Persistent disconnection?

After connection, the phones Wi-Fi will be occupied by the wireless CarPlay program. Dropped connections are usually caused by Wi-Fi interference. You may need to ignore other Wi-Fi networks when using the adapter.

Audio input or output issues?

1. Please check your phones Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, please ignore other auto-connected Bluetooth devices.

2. When on a call, check that your Audio output option is CarPlay.

What is the password for WiFi?
