Cant find Bluetooth or WiFi for dongle?

Please make sure Dongle is powered on and the blue light is on.If only a specific iPhone cant find Bluetooth or WiFi for the dongle, try resetting the

network and Bluetooth settings of this iPhone, and then restart the phone.

Audio input or output problem: call rejected or transferred to voicemail/no sound played/microphone inoperative

Please check your phones Bluetooth to see if it is connected to another device. If so, please ignore other automatically connected Bluetooth devices or turn off Bluetooth directly.

Can the adapter be paired with multiple phones?

YES. It can be paired with multiple phones, but only one device can be connected at a time. When pairing it with a new phone, please cancel the current connection first. By default, it will only auto-connect back to the last used phone.
