HOW TO MAKE NATURAL NON-STICK SURFACES

  1. Wash and dry the griddle completely.
  2. Place the griddle on the stove and cook it for a while.
  3. Once the griddle is hot enough, coat the top of the griddle with cooking oil and use tongs and a roll of paper towels to spread the oil evenly over the entire cooking surface and cooking it for a while.
  4. Then allow it to cool. Do not run it under cold water or it will crack.
  5. Repeat the process of oiling, cooking and cooling two or three more times.
