When fish experience times of great stress or even disease, their gills begin to not function correctly, resulting in a symptom called OSMOTIC SHOCK.

When fish experience OSMOTIC SHOCK, the very much needed electrolytes are depleted through their gills, causing breathing issues or the fishs ability of taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide.

DETOXIFIES AND MAINTAINS pH LEVELS

When fish are kept in a holding enclosure for extended periods of time, the enclosures PH levels become elevated, offsetting the nitrogen Cycle. Harmful Ammonia can be created by fish excrement, decomposition of organic matter, or even the fish themselves.

Fish Krack removes chlorine, chloramine and detoxifies ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. It is non-acidic and will not impact existing pH levels. Fish Krack contains a binder which renders ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate non-toxic, allowing biofilters or water cycles to more efficiently remove them.
