Top Taping Tips:
1) Skin Preparation:
Trim excess hair, then clean and dry your skin (rubbing alcohol works!)
2) When Applying:
30 minutes before exercise.
Only stretch the middle part of k tape strips (no more than 70%) and don’t touch the adhesive directly.
The first and last 2 inches of physio tape applied Without stretch.
3) Removing
