Please Check Which Functions Supports By Your Laptops Built-in USB C Port Before Purchasing!!!

Only support Thunderbolt 3/4 or supports video output or DP Alt Mode laptops work with this Docking Station. The incompatible laptops can not use the HDMI/DP/VGA ports

Please check which Functions supports by your Laptops built-in USB C port first, only if your laptops built-in USB C port is fully funcitonal port which support Data transfer & Video Display & PD charging, you can use the full functions of our docking station.

Compatible ports:

• Thunderbolt 3/4;
• The USB Type C 3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort;
• USB Type C 3.2 Gen 1/Gen 2 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort.

Incompatible Ports:

• USB-C 3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2 : 5Gb/s (data transfer only) cant support video display;
• USB-C 3.2 Gen 1/Gen 2 : 5Gb/s (data transfer only) cant support video display.

Please Note:

• USB C and PD (Power Disability, only support charging) ports cannot be used to connect displays,
• Only HDMI, VGA, and DP (DisplayPort) can be used to connect displays.
• Do not use cables longer than 3 meters for HDMI, DP, or VGA, otherwise there may be screen flickering.
• The video output will only be 4K when your device supports 4K resolution. Please make sure to use HDMI 2.0 or higher cables.

Docking Station Multiple Display Modes for Windows & Mac OS

Please Note:

1. All MacBook laptop only supports SST mode of Mirror Mode: AA,AAA,AAAA, AAAAAand Extend Mode : AB,ABB,ABBB, ABBBB Not support A-B+C or A-B+C+D.
2. MST Display NOLY supports Windows laptop (A-B+C, A-B+C+D or A-B+C+D+E)
3. For Windows laptop on DP1.2, due to laptops limited bandwidth, one of the monitors resolution will be lower than 1080P when use 2 HDMI and VGA simultaneously, and the final resolution depends on the specifications of laptop bandwidth,HDMI cable, max resolution of external monitors and the "Displayport" protocol of the usb c port of the laptop.
4. When HDMI and VGA work simultaneously, the resolution of monitors will down to 1080P/60Hz
5. Please check whether the built-in usb c port of your laptop support "Display Port" video output function, if not, then the HDMI,VGA,DP of the hub doesnt work for your laptop.

For Power Delivery Port:

• Please use a power adapter with at least 65W or higher. Using a lower power charger may cause system warnings, but this situation can be ignored as it can still charge normally at a slower speed.
• The PD port only has charging function and no video transmission function.

For USB C Port:

• The USB C port only has data transmission function and no video transmission function.
