Lockout includes 3 holes to accommodate padlocks with shackles up to 9/16" diameter and features a universal fit closure accepting up to 1/2" diameter cord and 2"W x 3"L plugs. Lockout is high visible red with label "Do Not Operate" and is made from heavy-duty HDPE that is UL Validated for high recycled content to support sustainability initiatives and LEED credits.
