As the fork springs compress and relax, they flex against the inner fork tube surface, adding fine metal scrapings into the oil. Over time, the oil in your fork loses lubricity, gets dirty, and should be changed every 10,000 miles or once a year.
If you have ever changed the fork oil in your motorcycle or dirt bike, you know that getting the right amount of oil can be challenging.
ALPHA MOTOs fork oil level tool is a must for servicing your motorcycle forks. The tool takes the guesswork out of getting the exact quantity of fork oil in each fork tube.
How to use this tool:
Roughly pour in a little more than the required amount.
Using the specs from the manual, set the distance the metal tube extends past the stop ring collar.
Insert the tube into the tops of the fork and use the syringe to remove any excess oil.
The oil gauge tool is just what you need to make sure your fork oil levels are right where you want them.
Adjustable ring will measure oil levels from 0 to 300 millimeter in 0.5-centimeter increments
The syringe has a capacity of 60 milliliters
Can be used on bicycles equipped with front suspension
