We recommend the pour depth do not over than 2/5" per layers, to get the thickness you want in the finished piece, you will have to pour the resin in multiple layers

The resin doesnt cure well, did not harden or still sticky after few days?

If you dont mix well will cause the resin doesnt cure. Please use the measuring cup mix the part A resin and part B hardener 1:1 by volume(no need to use scale!), and slow stir in 3-5mins until there is no muddy.

What are the ways to avoid air bubbles?

Slow stirring can reduce air bubbles, and let it stay a few minutes the bubble will pop on.

Why does the resin get hot and smoke?

When the ambient humidity exceeds 65, the temperature of the mixed epoxy will evaporate the moisture in the air, and we will see smoke.

Why it take too long to cure?

Cure time is related to temperature, the lower the temperature, the slower the cure time, the suggested temperature range for curing epoxy is between 70-80°F.
