How to Set Counting-up?

  1. If it is timing, press the UP/START button to stop it.
  2. Press and hold the UP/START and DOWN buttons at the same time to reset to 0.
  3. Press the UP/START button to start the counting-up.

  1. Hold the SET button until you see a number start flashing.
  2. Push the SET button until you get to the number you want to change.
  3. Press UP/START or DOWN to adjust that particular number.
  4. Keep hitting SET until the screen stops flashing. Press the UP/START button to start or pause the counting down.
