Description

The a/c manifold gauge widely used Automotive Air Conditioner, Household Air Conditioner, Refrigerating Chamber and Refrigeration Plant. It adopts the most advanced digital circuit and the high precision pressure sensor(Accuracy: 0.5%). 90 refrigerants build-in according to NIST standard refrigerants pressure and temperature relationship database. Real-time test of pressure got relative temperature which can help you more convenient for refrigeration system installation or servicing.

Three Common Working Modes

407c refrigerant gauges comes with three common working modes: refrigerant pressure mode, vacuum percentage mode, leak detection mode. Press "+ " key and "— " key to switch different working modes. The corresponding position on the screen will flash when a certain content is selected.

Refrigerant Measurement Mode

Real-time displaying current vacuum pressure, temperature, and type of refrigerant. It is used for charging the refrigeration system with refrigerant, as well as real-time displaying current vacuum pressure, temperature, and type of refrigerant.

Vacuum Measurement Mode

Real-time display of current vacuum pressure and percentage of vacuum level.

Note:

1. When setting the ultimate vacuum, press the "— " key to reset zero.

2. According to vacuumize result of 13L cylinder, LCD display"97%","98%"...after 3~5 minutes vacuumized. Higher percent means higher vacuum degree.

3. After vacuumize work finished,close manifold valve,remove vacuum pump.

Leak Detection Mode

Real-time display of current vacuum pressure, leak pressure and work time. Checking the LCD display pressure results,if pressure results are stable, that means there are no gas leak in refrigeration system and connections. If pressure results rising,that means somewhere is leaking in refrigeration system or connections. It should be maintained.

Adjustable Screen Brightness Short-press the power key for 2 seconds switch the backlight on and off. And by default,the system automatically turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Kindly Note:

1. Please operate according to the requirements of use manual or the guidance of professional personnel.

2. The digital gauge should be keept clean, the display screen should be bright and clear, so that the data on the display screen clearly.Use slightly alkaline detergent or soapy water to wash the case and connector.

3. The pressure gauge is perishable goods,need to checking regularly to ensure its accuracy.

4. Handled gently , to prevent shock and fall.

5. After use, please close all the button, to improve the service life.

6. Plug the joint when not use,to prevent foreign body from entering, clean and replace regularly refrigerant tube, remove dirt and impurities in valve.

7. If you encounter when you operate the low-pressure connection of the air-conditioning system to the refrigerant meter side port, the refrigerant meter does not read the air-conditioning system pressure, first disconnect the refrigerant meter, and then to press "-" button to zero cleaning. You will be able to use it again.

8. If you encounter not accurate pressures keep changing, first disconnect the refrigerant meter, and then to press "-" button to zero cleaning. You will be able to use it again.
