Solmyr Broken Rib Brace Instructions
(1)Take the Rib and Chest Support out of the package and lay it on a flat surface, such as a table.
(2)Stick the shoulder strap, place your arms through straps and center belt on your lower back(you can choose whether to use shoulder straps).
(3)Using left hand, fold the padded side in.
(4)Using right hand, stretch the end Velcro across body.
(5)Secure the Velcro strip on the pad at desired tensions.
