●DURABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT. Made with high-grade aluminum, these lightweight, silver poles are 1.44 lb. (.655 kg) per pair, ideal for a maximum user weight of 250 lb. (114 kg). Each pole has a 200 lb. (90 kg) weight-bearing capacity.
●STRENGTHEN & SUPPORT. ACTIVATOR helps strengthen the core with the unique ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, helping to burn up to 20% to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Plus, it also helps support the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain.
●ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT. Each 2-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 42" to 6 (127 to 182 cm). When collapsed, its length is 29" (74 cm).
