Attention：

1. Please ensure that the two screws of the base are adjusted at the same height to keep the machine placed steady and running smoothly.

2. The machine will not stop working even without anything in bbut it will be very loud when idling.

3. Normally our Machine can run for 5-6 hours, but in order for the machine to run better and longer, please ensure 15 minutes gap after running the machine for 2-3hours.

4.Because of the properties of chocolate, the chocolate will get thicker and thicker in the process. Please add some oil into the melted chocolate where working to avoid machine stuck.

Cleaning Tips：

1. Turn off power and unplug cord, first and wait the machine cools completely before touching.

2. For a thorough cleaning, thoroughly soak everything except the base in warm water before washing (Base cannot be soaked).

3. Use cloth to wipe or dip in some detergent to clean.

4.After rinse, keep dry.

• Melting in microwave before pour into the pan(because the pan is just keep warm).
• There are many ways to melt chocolate,such as Melting in a pot, in the microwave. But please control the temperature, like microwave oven used for a long time chocolate will be burnt.
• For special uses, such as when you have a meat hotpot, dip in some sesame sauce, our fountain comes in handy.
