Snaps to saddle and girth Snaps are removable. Measurements: 57" all around where it sits on the horse. Center strap that attaches to girth: 21" to 29" adjustable. Strap that attaches to girth: 15" to 22". Adjustable Running martingale attachment (removable): 18" to 27" not including rings.
