Description

The all-new Gretsch Streamliner Electric Guitar Collection revitalizes the best elements from the past and combines them with exciting new features to deliver exceptional performance, sound, and style at an incredible value. This is available in a sleek Aged Brooklyn Burst color.

Design

The G2420 Streamliner Hollow Body Single-Cut with Chromatic II Tailpiece is designed for the modern guitarist who yearns for something beyond the norm. A commanding guitar for powerful players, the G2420’s modern sonics, updated electronics, and authentically elegant style create the latest iteration of That Great Gretsch Sound!

Arched Maple Hollow Body

The G2420 Streamliner Hollow Body Single-Cut with Chromatic II Tailpiece features a fully hollow arched maple body with parallel tone bars for rich fullness, deep resonance, and big-body sound.

All-New Broad’Tron BT-3S Pickups

The G2420 features the new Broad’Tron BT-3S pickups. Utilizing a combination of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets, the new BT-3S pickups provide stronger mids, tight but full lows, and smooth, clear highs that retain a smooth and musical presence.

Versatile Controls with Coil-Splitting

The Streamliner’s sonic power is harnessed and shaped by the traditional control layout: neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, a master volume control, and three-way pickup switching. The addition of a push/pull pot on the master volume control allows coil-splitting to provide useful single-coil sounds, adding another layer of tonal versatility to an already strong sonic arsenal.
