Specification:
1. Roll the dough for perfect thickness, not too thick or too thin.
2. Press the dumpling mold into the dough and GENTLY rotate left-right to create a circle of dough.
3. Place the obtained dumpling dough circle on top of the dumpling press.
4. Fill in with the correct necessary quantity of filling.
5. Close the two parts of the press until the margins of the dough get sealed. TIP: Use some water on the edges to get perfectly sealed.
6. Boil, bake or fry as you wish. Enjoy.
