GreaseCo MultiPurpose - 35 LB Bucket Pail
GreaseCo’s “multipurpose” tacky blue grease has earned its spot in our comprehensive product line as a true multi-purpose lubricant for a wide range of greasing applications commonly found throughout the automotive, agricultural, farming, tractor, construction, mining, hauling and trucking sectors. MultiPurpose is a lithium complex based grease, fortified with top quality base oils and a special additive package that provides high film strength, extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. It is formulated with an ISO 220 viscosity base oil, which allows this grease to be a fantastic choice for higher speed and medium-duty applications (as compared to GreaseCo’s HeavyDuty ISO 460).
MultiPurpose grease provides great protection against a wide range of operating temperatures and can extend the service life of parts subjected to extreme pressures and heavy shock loading. This grease will not easily washout under intense water ingress, allowing it to help prevent the formation of rust and corrosion.
Some common applications of GreaseCo MultiPurpose grease include automotive disc, anti-friction, sleeve and wheel bearings, agricultural tractors and farm equipment lubrication points, vehicle chassis, construction equipment, king pins, excavators, earth moving and hauling vehicles, universal joints, couplings, conveyor rollers, sliding metal on metal contact points, and several other industrial and common work site equipment. In addition, MultiPurpose grease contains a balanced formulation of extreme pressure (EP) additives to provide protection against shock-loads.
GreaseCo MultiPurpose is part of our “blue” family/category of grease lubricants, as this line shares a common thickener of lithium complex based soap at their core. MultiPurpose provides great mechanical stability, allowing for greater performance characteristics required during metal on metal contact and sliding applications.
