Tru-Flates Chembond Tube and Bias-Ply Tire Repair Kit is for use in repairing tire tubes and/or bias-ply tires - not for use on radial tires. Can be applied with universal cement or an electric vulcanizer. Kit contains: 5 patches, . 30 oz. tube of universal cement, and thumb buffer.
