We set the towing capacity of your trailer hitch at 25,000 pounds (28,000 pounds if youre using a 2 1/2-inch shank model). This is the Gross Tow Weight Rating (GTWR*). The Vertical Tow Weight Rating (VTWR*), also known as the Tongue Weight Rating, is 2,500 lbs (2,800 lbs if you are using a 2 1/2" Shovel Shank Model). Our black trailers are die-cast together with forged steel so you can tow heavy trailers with confidence!
SECURE THE HOOK TO THE ADJUSTMENT RAIL
Imported steel undergoes thousands of pummeling and forging, and dozens of processing procedures of inspection before we can make our tow hooks, and we always treat this little tow hitch with the respect it deserves. The goodness of the hook depends on the quality of its welding, we insist on using the United States of Americas high-precision equipment for automated welding to maintain the stability of our towing.
