Q1: Cant record/work?
- Check if the battery is exhausted and charge it in time
- Check if the storage space is full and delete some recordings after backup
- Recording is not possible when the recorder is connected to a computer, if you want to record, disconnect from the recorder and turn it on again.
- The recorder automatically ignores low decibel sounds when voice activation is turned on

Q2: How to reduce noise?
- Turn off voice activation when not needed
- Place the audio recorder smoothly to avoid friction with other objects, such as hands, clothing, etc
- When recording, try not to touch the recorder as well as the buttons
- Use headphones to listen to the recording
- Away from sources of noise (e.g. air conditioning, typing, or subtle noise that may be generated by running computers)
- Suggestion: Record in a quiet environment
Q3: Cant find the recording files in the voice recorder?
- Maybe the recorder is in the music playback screen. Press the M button to switch the recorder interface to the record playback interface
- Long press the M button to enter the menu, go to [File browsing] - [RECORD], the recordings will all be stored in this folder
Q4: Why is it recommended not to format this machine on the computer?
- Because the recorder only supports the format of FAT32 memory. Once it is formatted to exFAT/NTFS/APFS memory format on the computer, the system will be incompatible, resulting in problems such as not recording, not working, not being recognized by the computer, and even "disk error" on the screen
