These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. Confirm your phone is receiving the band 12/17 signal from your carriers tower
2. Make sure the Outdoor Yagi Antenna towards your carriers tower, and could receive 2-3 bars of stable signal at the location where its mounted
3. Keep the inside antenna is about 32ft away from outside antenna and make sure a wall between them. Dont make the outdoor antenna aims at indoor antenna
4. Keep the power is off during installing
