1. Please read the dimensions shown on pictures and make sure if your dash board opening size is one of the following sizes, if yes, our stereo can match your car perfectly:
- Commonly used Double Din sizes for car series in the Asian: 178*100mm(7*4inch)- standard size commonly used by some of Nissan, Hyundai, KIA and Honda. (Note: not include all , some car models are special size, need to purchase frame installation)
- Other common sizes: 190*116mm(7.48*4.57inch)
2. If your DASH BOARD opening size is not the above , then you need to buy a double din DASH KIT that fits your car model.
3. The head unit has a memory function. If the ACC wire (red wire) and the B+ wire (yellow wire) are connected reversely during the installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off.
4. The working voltage of this car stereo is 12V, it cant be used for large trucks with 24V, and the car stereo will be damaged when the voltage is over 16V.
Q&A
1.Why no power after installed?
Confirm the car voltage is 12V ;
Confirm the car ignition on (Switch ignition key to "ACC" )
Check the fuse work or not ;
Confirm both yellow & red cables have been connected yet;Confirm the unused cables was sealed with insulating tape individually.
2.Why the saved stations / the Clock setting / playback status lost every time you start the car?
Please exchange the yellow & Red cables to connect. (the red cable and yellow cable are in opposite positions in some models of cars)
3.Why cannot slot-in the Disc or Disc put-in half？
Make sure the screws on the top were removed.
4.How to set if the radio signal is poor?
- Change the radio station area to US
- Change the radio station range to "LOC"
