Strength/DurabilityPolycarbonate is 250 times stronger than glass and is virtually indestructible. Because of its impact resistance, polycarbonate is a favorable choice for protection from extreme weather, flying debris, or vandalism. |
Light TransmissionLight transmission is the technical term for transparency to light. Acrylic has a 80 - 90 percent light transmittance rate. |
MaintenanceRinse immediately with clean, cold water. Do not apply cleaners in direct sunlight. Never use sharp objects, wipers (squeegees) or razors on polycarbonate. Do not clean with gasoline. |
