HOW TO USE ?
- Step 1: Take out the quilling paper strips;
- Step 2: Roll them into a tight circle with a quilling pen;
- Step 3: Put the tight circle into the round hole of the quilling ruler to get the desired roll of quilling paper;
- Step 4: Glue the edges of the quilling paper strips with white glue and wait for the glue to set;
