Product Introduction

  • Made of heat-treated tungsten carbide material, hardened to 50HRC, the chucking reamers are sharp, sturdy and strong wear resistance for long service life.
  • Used for semi-finish machining and finish machining of holes. Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, die steel, alloy steel, tool steel and non-ferrous materials.
  • The reamer is with more cutter teeth. Holes can get exact size and shape after the reamers processing. Finished products are smooth, intact and more beautiful.

Applications

  • Can be used for processing holes, mainly to improve machining precision of holes and reduce the roughness. Can be manually operated or installed on drilling machines to work.

Warm Tips

Reamers can be used to process holes in small cuts based on guiding function, such as:

  • holes with diameter tolerance in ≤IT8;
  • holes with requirements in surface roughness (≤Rz12 genrally);
  • holes with requirements in roundness tolerance;
  • holes with requirements in cylindricity;
  • stepped holes (different diameter holes on the same axis);
  • series holes (diameter holes on the same axis) with requirements in high coaxality.
