2. Quickly Connect Your USB Printer to WiFi with our USB Print Server
- Step 1: Start by downloading the "Print Server Config Tool" from our official website onto your Windows computer.
- Step 2: Connect the Print Server to your Windows computer using a USB cable.
- Step 3: Using the "Print Server Config Tool" on your Windows computer, assign a fixed IP address to the USB Print Server.
- Step 4: Add the IP address and USB port information of the Print Server to your target USB printer on your computer. This will enable you to enjoy an excellent printing experience through the Print Server.
- Step 5: Download and install the "PrinterShare" or "PrintHand" app on your Android smartphone. Follow the manual instructions to set it up, and youll be able to send print jobs wirelessly to your USB printer within your local area network (LAN).

4. Please Note Before Placing Your Order
- Compatibility: Kindly be aware that printing via LAN or WiFi is not supported on iOS devices such as iPhones and tablets. Please consider this limitation when making your purchase decision.
- Configuration: Please note that our USB Print Server does not support configuration on Mac OS systems. However, once successfully configured from a Windows computer, it can be used for printing from Mac OS computers.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these limitations. If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to contact our customer support team before placing your order.
5. Something Important Needs to be Noted before Order
- Please configure the USB print server using the "Print Server Config Tool" on a Windows operating system computer.
- Please note that MAC operating system computers are not supported. Only Android smartphones can send print jobs to your USB printer via the USB print server. IOS iPhones are not supported.
- Please ensure that your USB printer supports the RAW protocol, as the IMF protocol is not supported.
- Please be aware that the "PrinterShare" or "PrintHand" app is not available for free download from the APP store.
6. Quick Troubleshooting
1). Disable “Use Printer Offline” option.
- Right-click on the target printer
- choose "See whats printing"
- click on the "Printer" menu
- and check whether the "Use Printer Offline" option is disabled, as shown above.
2). Disable “Enable bidirectional support” option as shown above.
