Troubleshooting:
Unable to take photos or videos:
- Check if the TF card has sufficient space and if it is locked.
Automatic video recording stops:
- Due to the large size of high-definition video data, please use a high-speed TF card compatible with SDHC, indicated with C4 or C6.
"File Error" message when playing back photos and videos:
- There was an error in storing data on the TF card, resulting in incomplete files. Please use the cameras "format" function to reformat the TF card.
Hazy image quality:
- Check if there is dirt or fingerprints on the lens. Before capturing photos or videos, use a lens cleaning cloth to wipe the lens.
Very dark footage when capturing sky or water scenes:
- Shooting in high contrast scenes may affect the cameras automatic exposure function. Adjust the "EV" value in the cameras settings menu to correct this.
Imperfect color representation in cloudy or indoor lighting conditions:
- Check if the cameras "white balance" function is set to automatic.
Horizontal stripe interference in images:
- This occurs when an incorrect "light source frequency" is set. Set it to "50Hz" or "60Hz" based on your local power supply frequency.
